His construction experience spans many aspects of residential and commercial construction including single family residences, multi-family residential, commercial and institutional, churches, etc.  He has an in-depth knowledge of residential valuation and real estate appraisal value.  His certifications include NJ State Certified General Appraiser, Certified commercial Real Estate Appraiser, Graduate Master Builder, Certified Green Professional, etc.

John brings almost 50 years of experience in construction. He was owner/operator of his own company for 30 years. He started his second career as a building inspector with numerous townships before becoming employed with the state of NJ as construction official for division of codes and standards and an Instructor.

Mr. Davis has almost 40 years of experience in the New Home Warranty field. He has acted as Mediator/Arbitrator in hundreds of Home Warranty cases since 1980. He was certified as an RCS Building Inspector in 1988 and his expertise has been called upon by the New Home Warranty contingents of AAA, NJ NHWP, 2-10 HBW, and RWC.

Dennis A. Estis has specialized for almost his entire 33 year legal career in the area of complex commercial litigation especially related to construction law, condominium and community association law, alternate dispute resolution (ADR), general equity, corporate law, local government law, and utility law. As a trained mediator, he has participated as a mediator or as a mediation advocate in over 175 mediations.

Ray Falls served as the Deputy Director of the nationally recognized NJ Office of Dispute Settlement, which mediated over 100 complex civil cases each year for State and Federal Courts. Ray is one of the most experienced construction mediators and arbitrators in the Northeast. Michael Fazio is 3rd generation builder/developer with 30 years of experience in the NY metropolitan area.  He has built over 800 homes and commercial buildings, comprised of middle income housing for young families.  He is NY State Representative at NAHB.  Mr. Fazio was inducted into the NY State Builder’s Hall of Fame in 2014.

A registered acrchitect in NY/NJ, and PA, Ken is an expert in light-frame construction, building code analysis, construction contract negotiation, and createive structural problem solving for commercial and residential construction. He has led his architecture practice for 32 years, is a Certified Green Professional, Certified Professional Planner, real estate agen, and NCARB Certified.

Mr. Frumkin is a professional engineer who specializes in all aspects of residential building inspection and design. He is on the New Jersey Roster of Mediators and the American Arbitration Associations roster of neutrals. He is past national president of the Community Associations Institute and teaches advanced courses on a variety of engineering topics nationwide.

Served as a design engineer, project manager, department head, college professor, and owner of an engineering practice. Taught college courses in structural engineering, contracts and specifications, and construction cost estimating. Mr. Nylund’s experience includes over 30 years in the Construction Industry, and 15 years working for the State of New Jersey New Home Warranty Program. He mediated disputes between builder and homeowner and inspected new homes to facilitate the issuance of the State Warranty. He currently serves as an independent arbitrator for the State Warranty Program.

Mr. Scialla has been in Code Enforcement as a Construction Official and Zoning Official for over 30 years.  Prior to starting his career in Code Enforcement, he worked as a Carpenter and Contractor on both residential and commercial projects in the North East.  Mr. Scialla was also an instructor for the State of New Jersey.

Joe Ventola BSEE, CEC is a full time Professional Dispute Settler and has conducted hundreds of mediations and arbitrations since 2003.. He is a degreed engineer and is very well versed in all phases of construction having personally rehabilitated 5 properties. He was honored to have been voted Best Mediator in the 2012 New Jersey Law Journal Survey.

Bill is highly experienced in virtually all phases of engineering and project management. After working in cost and schedule engineering and contracts he managed a major corporation's engineering and construction operation with extensive domestic and international facilities. In his current practice, he acts as an Owner Representative, teaches design-build and acts as an expert witness.
