With over 20 years of hands-on building experience in all facets of construction; Dave has extensive experience in renovation financing. He has completed training in alternate dispute resolution, published four books, and is an experienced arbitrator in homeowner-contractor disputes.

Mike Jarrett is an award winning builder who brings over 30 years of experience to the field of construction-related arbitration, mediation and expert services through his work as a licensed builder, property manager, and claims adjuster.  His extensive work with local, statewide, and national building associations has also solidified his expertise in dispute resolution.
