Mr. Dettman draws upon his legal and management experience to facilitate dispute resolution in the construction industry, focusing on open communication and consensus building among contractors, owners, attorneys and consultants. Over the past several years Mr. Dettman has handled a variety of residential and commercial construction disputes and has served as a mediator and arbitrator for various cases.

 Social Psychologist, lawyer, and entrepreneurial businessman, including 25 years in  real estate development and construction businesses (among others), Mr. Freeman brings to mediation a broad education, wide professional and considerable depth of personal experience and wisdom to assist others in finding resolutions to conflicts that hamper cooperative efforts to get any job done expeditiously.

Andrea Goldman is a litigator, arbitrator and mediator who focuses on construction law. Andrea has extensive experience handling both sides of contractor/homeowner disputes. She serves as the trusted advisor for construction companies for contracts and planning. Andrea gives presentations on construction issues including: contracts, mechanic’s liens, green construction, Prompt Pay and the EPA’s RRP Rule.

Peter Gorer is an architect and green building consultant with clients both in the USA and overseas. Trained in facilitative, interest-based mediation techniques, Peter supports the aim of achieving fairness through speedy, economical processes, and the possibility of assisting parties in achieving their own resolution of difficult building problems.

Dem Guschov has more than 30 years experience in construction dispute resolution, plus equivalent experience in the construction of major multimillion dollar buildings throughout the eastern United States. His construction experience includes general contracting, design build, construction management, estimating, engineering and supervision of buildings of virtually all types and sizes.

Finley Perry founded F. H. Perry, Builder, Inc., a residential general contracting firm with a 35 year history of delivering sophisticated construction to a demanding clientele. Much of the firm’s success is attributable to a cultural focus on fairness and trust, an imperative Mr. Perry brings to CDRS as project consultant, advisor, and expert witness.

BLASDEL REARDON

Blasdel A. Reardon, a Civil Engineer and former contractor, was involved in the engineering and management of industrial and commercial construction for forty years. Building upon this experience, in 2001 he was one of the founding partners of BostonSolv LLP where he specializes in construction mediation, facilitation, and Dispute Review Board assignments.
