Mr. Bender is past-Director of the AAA’s International Centre for Dispute Resolution. He has written on ADR and contributed to the IFC/World Bank’s Commercial Mediation Manual

Olivia M. Farrar is certified mediator and arbitrator, with extensive experience resolving construction disputes of all sizes, as well as employment, contract, and securities disputes.  In addition to her work as a neutral, Olivia is an attorney and law school professor, and has worked in the construction industry.
